 On our home page, as well as on every page on our website on  top of the page you will find the link « contact us »,which will lead you to a form to send us an email and the telephone numbers where you can reach us. We will answer or get back to you as soon as we can. 

 Absolutely ! At Folifola not only can you order  a long time in advance but you can also order many songs  for different recipients during the same transaction. For each song ordered you will be asked to indicate  the name and the email address of the person you want to send the song to, with the chosen image and message if applicable and the date and hour you want the song to be delivered on. Our system  will keep all the information and the songs will be sent at the required time. The information will also be accessible in your own personnal account in case you need to verify it. Never forget a birthday or special event again !

 To create an original song  on an existing melody ,  we need to rewrite the whole lyrics, and record the melody and many of the back vocals, we require a minimum delay of 10 business days. For a completely orginal song, music and lyrics, we require a minimum of 3 weeks.  At Folifola we offer songs for all kinds of special occasions.  They are songs that we wrote specifically for birthdays, retirement, weddings etc…What makes personalized  is the fact that the first name of the person that they are offered too is included in the lyrics and sung many times throughout the greeting song.. Making them an original, personalized and very touching gift.

 There are many ways to find the right song for your special occasion. First, on our home page, top of the page on the right, you will find a search engine. You choose the occasion forwhich you need a song (birthday, mother’s day etc…) and in the field below you write the first name of the person you are sending the song to. On the result page, you will see all the songs personalized with the given name available right away as well as all the other songs available in 48 hours.  All you need to do is listen to the samples and choose the song you wish to send. You will then be guided through all the steps to finalize your order.

 Or on the homepage  you will find a moving caroussel with boxes corresponding to all the song categories you can find on our website. You may listen to samples and choose a song directly on our home page or click on the category box to visit the page of a specicifc category and see all the available songs in that category. You will be able to,listen to samples of all the songs in order to make your choice. You wil then be guided through the whole ordering process.

 Even if you do not have a Paypal account you can still securely pay via Paypal with your credit card. Paypal is a payment system used internationaly for e-commerce. After you have completed your order you will be directed on the Paypal website. All yoiu have to do is choose the option « I do not have a Paypal  account" on the bottom of the page, and you will be guided through the whole payment process. If you regularely make purchases on the internet  we recommend you create a Paypal account, making all your future transactions much easier and faster.

 Of course. We will put the song on a CD and send it by mail through Canada Post fro an extra fee of 14,99$, including the rpoduction of the CD, with personalized label and shipping fees. To order ta CD go to the bottom of any page  on the website, thid column and clic on the link "CD print and shipping".

To avoid extra fees, you can choose to make and send the CD yourself. All you have to do when you order the song,  is write your own email address in the field  for the recipient’s email address. You will then  be the one who receives the song in mp3 format and able to download it and burn it on a CD.

 The difference between the price of this product and the songs that you find on the website is due to hte fact that for such a product we need to rewrite the lyrics, re-record the whole melody and many of the back vocals. This product is also completely exclusive. Therefore it is impossible for us to offer this product in the same range of  prices than the other songs that you can find on the website, that are only personalized with the first name of the recipient .

 When you order the song, you will be able to choose the time and the date ! As long as the song is available for the desired date you tell us where and when and we'll do the rest !

 The moment the song you have chose is sent to the recipient you will receive a confirmation email with a link to listen to the song. However only the recipient has the possibility to download the song.

 The first time you order a song at Folifola, you will be invited to create an account. This will allow you to have your own personnal space  where you will be able to keep track of the delivery of your greeting songs and make you future transactions much faster. Folifola will not use or diffuse your personnal information against your will.

 At Folifola the names are recorded live by singers and not generated by a computer. When a song with a given name is not available it means it has not been recorded yet. However you will be able to hear the finished product  upon the reception of the confirmation email once we send the song.
